Quote:Dear PSO Blue Burst user,
Thank you for purchasing a Hunter's License subscription.
We regret to inform you that your Credit Card was accidentally charged twice for your recent Hunter's License subscription payment.
We have refunded the accidental second transaction, and credited your account with three free days play. We would like to apologies for any inconvenience or confusion this has caused.
When you log into your 'billing.playsega.com' account and view the details of your current subscription, you will see a table listing all of the transactions that have occurred on your account. Transactions of type 'Bill' are subscription payments. You will also see that there is a 'Bill-Reversed' and a 'Credit' transaction'. These two lines mean that the accidental second charge has been refunded.
If you have any questions or do not recieve the refund soon, please contact us by replying to this email.
Thanks for playing PSO Blue Burst.
Regards,
PSO Blue Burst Support Team
