It is. That's why Crunch is so lethal now on Todaitos. Both Bite and Crunch are physical Dark attacks. With a maxed stat on Todaitos 348 and Crunch Special Gengar are toast. Unfortunately Dotaitos has a Super Effective (X2) weakness to poison, unlike it's Venusaur predecessors.
So basically, Bite and Crunch are physical.
The grass starter and water starters are the best respectively.
With Emperuto getting Water/Steel aand Dotaitos getting Grass/Ground respectively.
Todaitos is a tank/physical sweeper something like
Crunch
Seed Bomb (for no recoil)/Wood Hammer (For 120 base damage but recoil)
Leech Seed (for the lost HP)/Earthquake (It's a ground type after all)
Curse/Swords Dance
Flamethrower is there because of it's accuracy. When you actually calculate the damage. It's almost negligible. I think the difference in damage, regardless of base damage, when multiplied out is 35 in a competition from a Fire Blast/Flamethrower comparison. In the Metagame, when you're going for 200+ damage per hit, 35 is null, especially when you are going to be knocked out in 3 turns top. You don't need it. Me, I prefer Fire Blast on there for the normal story mode as it can hurt the gym's, but something with high special defense in WiFi will not be that affected. Blast Burn isn't needed when something will switch in on you that you're weak too (Cradily or something with Arena trap that will have EQ. EQ is on almost everything, because most things can learn it, don't ask me why. Your standard everything has EQ TTar, DDtar, Charizard, Bellyzard, Whishcash, Blastoise, EVERYTHING!!!)
