In fact, your Riflic, if you're patient and wait to get REALLY good grinders (+9 or 10 B), may become even more powerful than a 9* equivalent...
I have brought a few Kubara Bows to +8, Alterics, and the ATP is at like 606 or so, I've sold them though, as I really don't like bows.
(I think the 9* bow ATP is 590ish)... of course, the Riflic won't have the accuracy of a Phantom (9* gun), at least I don't think. Been a long time since I looked at Riflic's base stats.
