Yeah. as much as i love sega, they really need to pull theyre finger out as far as customer service/support goes. They really do suck at that, not to mention the playsega website, that needs loads of work too.
They havent updated that site in probably 5 years even with all the trouble, so it looks like it will never be fixed properly.
