Some additional settings I’m using to maximise battery life:

1. Enable Use per-game profile
   
2. Set Frame Limit to 30 FPS
   
3. Enable TDP Limit and set it to 7 Watts
   
4. Enable Manual GPU Clock and set it to 700 MHz
   

Since Sega locked PSO to 30 FPS and it’s not a demanding game, you could probably push these even lower. Even with these settings, I’m getting 4+ hours of battery life
