I asked how much and he said 5 photon drops each, (bearing in mind this was on EU/Dubhe). I was really surprised and i think that was a pretty good deal. What is up with these people? He seemed as legit as can be....why does he want soooo many photon drops and why such low prices?

The only thing I know about Photon Drops is that they can be sold for 1000 Meseta each. He's basically asking for 5000 Meseta for those weapons... but you're right, that does seem kind of low for high-leveled weapons like those...
Maybe he just wanted to get rid of them.
