I already have given/traded all my chains, and other rares like that, for instance I found 5 Spread Needle and 6 Yasminkov 9000M, what use do I have of more than 1 ?

And I think you see PDs as not so rare because they're always PDs.
I'll explain...
In Skyly you find Dragon Salyers and Justies, in Viridia you find Final Impacts and Gae Bolgs, in Whitill you find Diska of Braveman and L&K14 Combats, and so on, but in all 10 IDs you find PDs, that's why they seem more common, when they're actually not.
You usually find more rares (and I mean any rare, in any ID or difficulty) than PDs.
