I dunt hav xbox live an i dont remeber which bios i needed so i asked which bios i need

cuz there was a certain bios i cant remeber which... or if there is other way capturing screens with xbox that wud be nice to know
n I dont hav my USB HD n USB STICK at home...(I have a usb port on my xbox)
so icant transfer via that i just use my crossover cable n move it via FTP
