Where is Control Center?...in ep2 there is a place called central control is it there?

Ill Gill which monster is it?...is it a flower (Lillys) or a gibbon?

Ill gill's are found on-line only on cube pso ep1+2 in the east and west tower quests.
central control area is the access point to jungle,seaside and mountain in ep2 and access to gal de val(ep2 boss area).
if i am wrong sorry bud and maybe someone would correct me but i am sure i am right.
edit:ill gills are..........a nightmare(dark i think)

If you have PSO+, you can also find Ill Gills in the EP2 quests, but you shouldn't want to.... they are scary beyond all reason. There's only a couple anyway (5 or 6), and the odds are 1/28,000 for Nei's Claw.
