How do you get your avatar dude to move, i've seen them move on other peoples?

hunter: Please could you edit your posts if you do a spelling mistake, or noone has posted after you.

When you make a gif (or any graphic) you specify a width and height. The heights and widths for our avatars are normally 64x64.
