You can get them online during special events.

yup! you get them during the Christmas and Halloween events online, by either hunting the rare VR temple rappy or, only in the case of Halloween, doing the quest and A LOT of trading!

only problem is... no online for the gc.... dont have it. Im gettin xboxc live soon anyway.. for battlefield two...but nothing beats pso

Well you can always get pso for xbox, but you'll have to create new characters.
