I just handed SEED-Magashi his own behind, that was pitifully easy =/ So what if my weapon palette was Multiple Double Saber type weapons. =D
But yeah. I hope they fill in the plot hole about SEED not being able to infect CASTS/Humans etc.
EDIT: And omg Karen. Damn. =[
Are Newmans made of paper or something these days? Doing anything remotely tasking seems to kill them. Didn't see Dr. Montague roll over and die so easy.

Yeah. Although what annoys me is that my team members seem to get into battle, then run back to the previous room, leaving me to deal with the enemies myself. I don't mind the EXP, but... GIMME A BREAK!

And another thing I didn't figure out... is if SEED are attracted to A-Photon equipment, then why doesn't everyone just NOT use A-Photons? They managed before, right? Why would they need to keep using it? Bah. This game is silly.

I agree all the way. Those things are just the most evil enemy on PSU, without a doubt.

Why would they need to keep using it? Bah. This game is silly. Simple. The races have developed a dependancy on A-Photon reactors. Regular photon reactors do not possess enough energy production to keep things like the Guardians Colony working, they simply can't switch back because they've already gone too far with A-Photon production. The only alternative is finding a safer energy source with the same, or more power output. (I believe they made statements similar to this during the game at one point or another.)
There are still some plot holes within the story, but those will be explained through the online-mode continuation I've no doubt.
The two deaths in this story I can't say hit me at all... I couldn't really have much sympathy for Lou due to the fact that there's at least 256 of them, and they're all exactly the same... they even know all the same things, and act the same way... it's downright disturbing. Cats have 9 lives... Lou has hundreds. Mirei's death on the other hand was a bit too cliched for me to care all that much... it's a similar scenario that's been spat at us time and time again by movies, dramas, other games, etc. It's as cliched as Ethan and Karen's love. They've even got the sappy love scene at the very end just to finish the common cliche. Call me heartless all you want, I just couldn't care about either. (Reigast put it nicely with the "Newmans made of paper" comment. XD It's truly pathetic.) Oh... one last little negative comment about Mirei... I MIGHT have felt maybe the slightest bit for her if it wasn't for all the "Divine Maiden" this and "Divine Maiden" that... yack yack yack Maiden Maiden Maiden... I wanted to vomit from any and all story plots connected to the "Divine Maiden" because it was truly pathetic.
As for the Chaos Sorceror type enemies... "Ethan Wanker" is quite useless in the SEED Hive if you don't level him significantly... XD I found getting through there infintely simpler with my female Beast. The easiest thing to do with the buggers is bonk them out of the way with Rising Crush or something, then immediately annihilate the smaller enemies, continually knocking down the sorceror when needed. Just don't hold still too long, or a ball of SOMETHING is bound to hit you at some point.
Chapter 12 was also the only chapter that gave me some heat... it was a bit of a chellenge since I was only level 52 at the time, but thanks to another completely unexpected appearance by Bruce (that man creeps me out with how he always finds a way to where I am. XD), it was easily dealt with. What was Sega thinking when they made the last boss anyways? That fight's such a push-over it was barely worth my time. I wanted something more difficult and more creative!
I think that concludes a lengthy post by me... XD

I just beat Dulk Fakis I & II.
Goddamnit, that was really anti-climactic. Dulk Fakis 2 was laughably easy, he just spent the entire fight upside down while I spammed Tornado Dance on his head.
If we get him in online mode, I will not be a happy CAST bunny. GIVE US FALZ/PROFOUND DARKNESS PLZ.
I don't care if it fits into the story or not. >_>
Just something bigger than him.
Hell, even a Rappy with a Million HP would be more of a challenge.
That Hanzo sword was ridiculously powerful. I'm well psyched for the story missions on online mode now.
EDIT: I liked that ending. =]

The best thing was how amazingly stupid that man was.
Dohgi: "I'll show you how much I love you!"
Doghi: *MEGID*
Mirei: *pwnt*
Dohgi: "OMFG NO Y R U ON TH FLOOR!? OMG NO, I WILL GET IN MY GUNDAM AND ATTACK YOU ALL FOR NO REASON!"
Because of course, one large robot is capable of stopping 4 people who have just beaten the living snot out of an entire forest, a temple full of guards, and a horde of battle robots. Also, Dohgi seems to get off pretty lightly for murder and all. Someone that murdered the Divine Maiden, you'd expect him to get hung, drawn and quartered. But no, he isn't allowed to be a 'Lord' anymore. Woopedy-doo!
I really did like Karen and Ethan's characters though. Tonnio was annoying as hell.
Tylor should win an award for being the most likeable character ever though. He is walking Charisma.
Oh, and was it just me, or do NONE of the NPCs use their special abilities in battle, only in cutscenes?
Lou's SUV would have come in useful on more than one occasion, as would the Nanoblasts that could have come from The Fat Vol, Leo, Tonnio, Liina, Tylor, etc etc. I thought Fulyen was cool as well, until he took his helmet off and revealed himself to be a powerpuff girl.
The guy who stole the show though, Renvolt Magashi. The legend that is. That guy makes Sephiroth look sane. (Seph was a pretty weak character imo anyway.)
Come on, he turns up with no motive, and starts killing people left right and center! It's awesome. I just wish he'd killed more people. If he'd have killed Mirei, that would have been something. What motive would he have? He wouldn't need a motive! He's in the Endrum Collective!
Best badguy I've seen in a while, purely because he was nuts.

Tonnio's an amusing annoying though... despite the whole "fully-grown SMALL beast" comment that Leo said... he ACTS just like a child anyways. XD Besides... you can't really hate him too much... after all... look what he did to Ethan the first time they met.. XD Any pain that comes to "Ethan Wanker" is fine by me. XD
As for the most likeable character... I personally preferred Leo over Tylor... but Tylor was second.
Least favourite is definitely Ethan... he's just so much of a dork that it cannot be described accurately... unlike most main-characters whom are dorks... Ethan gets progressively WORSE as the story goes on. XD ...and he cries like a little baby too. XD One little smack and he's on the ground groaning and moaning like a zombie. XD
Hyuga and Nav were close seconds... both for the same reason... bloody perverts.
That's enough ranting out of me for now. XD
