You can find it under the Section ID of Greennill, in the Central Control Center on Ultimate mode.

About the caves boss, before you fight him make a Telepipe, that way if you die at him you can go directly back to the Boss Warp.

Is the Flame garment one of those lv.100 Armors that have a special effect?
