Im new and i need help with choosing a character. I really like close range combat and i do want to be able to use guns as well. I want to be able to use magic as well. Can someone help?

You want a combination of all three styles? I'd say RAmarl even though I'm not a big fan of them myself.

What do you mean "legit gun user"? All characters can use guns.

Legitament kinda mean good. and i know all characters can use guns but not all can use rifles and launchers and shots.

Legitimate means "in compliance with laws" according to my dictionary.
As far as the melee-Ranger-with-techs goes, I'd go with a RAmarl over a RAmar in these circumstances anyway.
