The physics of the lottery does have some subtle variations, true, but this is why we make predictions. Nobody can truly know a future outcome, I'll give you that, so we make hypotheses to see if the outcome predicted in a hypothesis is the same as the actual, some say predetermined (by various cray things as well as physics, no less) outcome.

General response: There's a rational explanation for nearly everything, except what happens after death, and also most of this spiritual stuff that could not possibly be explained through standard physics. (Example: Levitation without ropes.)


On-topic bit: The unofficial verdict of the PDrop trades is that the guy that wanted the PDrops was illegit and offering illegit items.

Common people rather just let luck find its way than making hypotheses out of it... we refer to it as luck because (like you said) not always possible or easy to predict what the effect will be in the future.

About something else, you say you do not know what happens after death... you say everything happens for a reason and you say everything can be explained with physics. If we define death with physics we would conclude there is nothing after life.

I think you're not making much sense for a rational man that can't even tell what happens after death. I believe in something called luck... I believe in something beyond.

As I conclude you say everything has a meaning for it to happen (it can be explained by physics) though you contradict yourself when you start talking about spiritual sense. You're blurry.

this argument about luck is starting to get really philosofical simply mimas is right in one way there is a rational and logical explenation for every thing on the other side though gyn rei is also right luck does exist because even with rational thinking you can not predict the unpredictable hence a certain level of "luck" must be involved you can never tell what the future will bring i might kill a gui gue tomoro on ult and get a sealed j sword where as other people might hunt and hunt and never find one again this is "luck" but to a degree it would be completely rational to say that i wont find one bad or good luck is luck end of story when we can guaranty that anything and everything will or won't happen and when the fun of life will be taken away in away its not knowing that makes life fun we need luck its plain and simple unpredictability that keep us going so in a sense if you denounce "luck" then you also denounce "hope" because hope is based on the possibility that no matter how bad things get luck could intervene and change the corse of events if you dont believe in luck then you must be a very depressed person mimas

The world isn't black and white, it's not all that simple. I'll stop with this, the reason for to go one was because you kept giving me the impression it's all so simple and it isn't. There are things beyond our understanding.
