I don't see why heyf00l would let you use his charts when he never allowed PSOW to, for instance. But assuming he does, what is the point of percent form ?
I'm not stupid or maths illiterate, but if someone tells me: you have 1 chance out of 28808 to get Guld from Gran Sorcerer, I understand it, as well as I can imagine what 1/28808 is; but if someone tells me the odds are 0,0034712579838933629547347958900305% I say "wtf, man? speak English!"
No one apart from maths freaks can visualize what such a figure represents.
Your work will bring more confusion than precision.
Speaking of presicion in randomizers... the best is simply to round up, making fractions much more reliable than anything else.
Unfortunately, heyf00l's fractions are rounded down, that's why I kinda dislike them. I told him about it since we discussed various aspects of PSO many times (and often disagreed, lol), but he wouldn't change them =/
So I say use heyf00l's charts and add 1 to most of his figures, lol, if the drop is 1/21.3 (rare monster dropping a 11-star weapon), and since you cannot have 0.3 monster, round it up to 1/22, and you have a perfectly reliable drop rate; because it's also always better to round fractions up when dealing with randomizers, since the event can happen anytime, might as well see it on the unlucky side, less disappointment.
