Pronounced exactly like it's spelt. A chav is a social delinquent, who goes around wasting people's money through vandalism, NHS tax (they get in fights a lot), car accidents (they speed a lot aswell) and other stupid things.

Pretty much they're like individual gangs of whiggers, since your American you know what a whigger is. What's worse is that to us they are British whiggers, I can't imagine how much more I'd hate whiggers if they had a british accent.

Rofl... their a joke themselve in America. We've got an english guy who moved here a few years ago. We've always made fun of what a brittish wigger (thats how you spell it. not like whig but like... well Chappelle's favorite word. starts with an N folks) would sound like and act like. I can't see someone with an english accent goin "Oi! Waz-up my home slice!"
