I believe you heard very VERY wrong, because there is a megaman X collection coming out for the PS2 and GC in the near future. No way Microsoft is stealing megaman from me.

this is not a fake made up site. i found it on a site that had an interview of the staff. its the super smash bros 3 fan site. it says coming out jun 2006 but i think thats japan.
so probably December-January 2006-2007 for us?

It's online!! HOMG, I can't wait to get this game!! It seems to be coming out for the revolution. Gonna be the first game I get! Oh man, now I'm so psyched! And yes, Jun 2006 probably means we're gonna get it in early december in the US. I feel bad for the UK folk who are gonna get it like, a year later, though.
when the jp version comes out, immedietly when the american revo comes out im importing the game o_o; then im gonna wait for the us one.

d00d, did you not read the caption ABOVE the characters?....Those are merely fan submissions of what they want/think will be in the game.....-_-;
If the new SSB is as playable as the last Nintendo can put as many chars in as they like, as long as sheik still remains i will rule still.
