I think there's something wrong with Capt. Falcon in the home run contest he can't hit that sandbag no farther than 93ft., it's either that on no contest.
No. He's not broken at all. You just aren't doing it right. Captain Falcon hits upward with the home run bat. Apparently you need to use something else, such as "Falcon Punch." Much like Roy. Rather than use the Home Run Bat to score roughly 800-900 ft, use his blazing sword to get it around 1300 feet. Just because it's called "Home Run Contest" Doesn't mean you need to use a bat.
oh yeah, well Captain Falcon's uppercut is nowhere near as cool as Sheik's backwards hit!

I'll try that to see a difference because after seeing his homerun score I thought he was a weakling.

Some characters don't exactly hit straight forward with a homerun bat, but they almost always have something to compensate.
Captian Falcon is the last thing but a weakling. He is Definetly one of the top 3 best characters in the game.
Very Strong.
Very Fast.
Very Pwnage.
I never use him much though... I prefer DK (lol, smashing people into ground is fun

Mariovet, I couldn't help but notice that YOU of all people forgot Yoshi on that list.
Captain Falcon is definitely one of the best, but he takes a bit of effort to master. Me, I love F-zero, but I'm not nuts about Captain Falcon. I did use him in the N64 installation, but not this one, although I definitely don't question his ability.
in most fights i use either samus, yoshi or Fox well fox mostly i pwn major butt with fox
well lvl 9 com butt that is compareed to most people out there i'm still a noobie)
Practice some lightning melee, Jimbo. Once your reaction time gets used to it, you go back to normal melee and you feel like you're playing Slo-mo.
haha..then I guess it kinda sucks to always be playing slo-mo, and then go back to normal or lightning and feel like its the end of the world! don't mind me, I NEVER do that! *goes to play slo-mo and then lightning mode*
