I would have thought that very hard mode would be good,as if you beat it you can have bragging rights.
Sure, but it doesn't really make you so much better a player. It basically teaches you tactics that you would never use when you're fighting a human being. If anything it tends to make one worse in just about everything aside from evasion...sometimes.
True, but I only take a character as a main when I've beat classic and adventure on very hard without continuing. I've done it with Sheik, Link, and Ganondorf. Oh, and Falco too.
Still...It isn't exactly saying that much.
True thereis no point in beating very hard, i actually did it for the trophy, then afterwards I played it to see who I can beat it with. I've gotten really close with peach, I just needed to beat master hand, he beat me by swatting me offstage and when I was floating back he poked me to death. I think I dodged way to early. I did beat adventure mode with her which makes no sense to me, I always though adventure was supposed to be harder than classic. Anyway, Link reached the 10,000 KO mark. Marth is traveling behind him by 500 ko's or so. I used to play as Link more than Marth now It's the other way aroun, soon I'lll be celebrating about marth getting that far.
Heh heh. Just my little test. It usually turns out that if I can't pass Very Hard with whoever it is, they I probably can't put up a very good fight for a friend. Ah well...
Heh,we just got it yesterday.Playing a vs survival mode match with 99 lives is long,and hard.
Sometimes that's my relaxing entertainment: watching 4 level-9s beat the *@!& out of eachother for 99 lives, or sometimes just with no time limit. Of course, that makes it harder to tell who won.
Just for fun, do a 99 lives match with 3 computers, put their level and handicap to 1... then put your handicap to 9...
i do those matches when i'm bored... lol
