I can't believe that it's only about the size of 3 DVD cases and is suppose to be backwards compatible with the Gamecube. Then their saying that you can download some classic games with upgraded graphics (for a price).
Hehe, yea not a bad size for an item that can play Revolution games, Gamecube games, and anything before Gamecube aswell. Thats a big catalogue of games its got already!
Hopefully the rumour that all first party back catalogue software will be a free d/load will be true true true. Go nintendo

I believe that Nintendo has stated that all downloads will be at a price. I believe that the prices had better be low although it has been mentioned that the graphics will be touched up on the older games.
Whatever!

Yes, i believe the prices will be around the 2 pound mark *for us in uk* for nintendo software d/loads. This is what i have been informed. Sounds like a fair price really. Free would be better of course............
Free would be better (who can argue with that!) but something like £2 is still very reasonable to me.
If you think about it, you could pay £2 to download, say, Link to the Past, and you're paying £2 for a game which is almost certainly better than all the £40 games on the street. With the next Xbox and PS3 though, it seems like the games on the street might even be [a ridiculous] £60!
I'll still be remaining hopeful that Nintendo make some new snes-style games for download. They could be just as good, and much cheaper/easier to make, as they don't need to worry about ultra realistic graphics and what-not for it to sell.
I doubt they'd go back, it always looks better for them if they show of the console's potential.
I deffinatly wouldent mind paying £2 to download. I can easliy steal £2 from my brother or parents

I'm glad Nintendo aren't taking the next wave of 'console battling' aggresively. The past waves have been pretty brutal I think, what with Sony blowing stuff out of the water, and XBox running in... But now, it's all down to innovativity, not just power, and I think Ninty have shown this with the DS.
I'll also take this moment to post a fan's VERY good prediction of Ninty's gaming future... read it, you hardcores:

I also like how Ninty were tight with the online capabiities of the Gamecube. Because they were waiting for the right moment to break into it. And I think the Revolution is that very time!
