Lee-yoshi Wrote:Nintendo have gone on record now to say that they're not competing with Microsoft or Sony anymore because there is no point. So instead they'll be making their own market, doing their own thing, and making the games world a better place instead of a warzone!

As for the list of all 221 games to be most likely available for download on Revolution, here it is (Cubed-3.co.uk)

Yes its a very zen attitude by nintendo. An attitude that will work i reckon. Also i agree that it would be sweet to see other developers doing the same on revolution, as you said lee, how bout squaresoft and enix too.

Will definitely be getting the usual new games too though, zelda mario, metroid etc...
Ah no doubt, Nintendo are always trying new things and new games, while also at the sametime, using franchises we all know and love, such as Mario & The Legend of Zeldy! Big Grin Pokemon anyone? Tongue

I'm really crapping myself about this new machine, but then go and cry in the garden for half an hour when i remember its at least a year away from launch Sad The possibilities are endless... AND I WANT THEM ALL!
I know! It's too long to have to wait! Oh well, I got my darling DS until then. Big Grin
I heard that even if your still able to play GCN games on the Revoloution, you still need the GCN to go Online with those games.
PSO you mean (The only online Gamecube games!).

I havent a clue whether thats the case or not, and i dont think Nintendo know whether thatll be the case or not as the console hasnt exactly been finished yet. Hopefully you'll be able to go online from Gamecube discs on Revolution as if you were playing on your cube... but it depends how different this wi-fi internet thing Ninty have got going on from the current Gamecube online system.
I doubt that that will be possible - I mean why go to all the bother for just two games? If it was PS2 or Xbox, then I could understand, since they have loads of online games, but we're only talking two, two which will probably be re-released on Revolution anyway.
