While I love anime stylings, I really only watch Cowboy Bebop. It has by far the best music, storyline, and lack of cheesy anime weirdness (that means the screaming somehting loud in Japanese, flying into the air, then fighting really fast until someone hits the ground, leaving a crater and a cloud of smoke.)
And the Animatrix.

I honestly can say that there hasnt been many animes that I havent liked.

I know what you mean i like animes.
