Yeah, guess it's hard to kill off our "favourite" characters towards the end of the series. (Should try Phantasy Star II sometime. Your whole party gets killed by Earthmen at the end! I don't like pointless deaths, but this was rather refreshing. Loved it!) (I'm spoiling lots of things, amn't I? First I spoil the ending of Eva, and now PS II...)

I actually got bored of Gundam Wing and didn't finish watching it, sorry ^^; I couldn't follow the plot very well. I liked Relena, so maybe I'll sit through it someday just to see what happens to her. I remember you saying you (Orphen) liked it back in 2003.

And no wonder, it's 'cos you watched the two worst episodes. I wouldn't recommend starting any anime with the last three episodes. What if it was actually good? You'll have spoiled a lot of it for yourself. Don't bother with Eva and watch Gundam SEED instead. =P

It was my first Gundam anime, *sweat*... Apparently a lot of the plot elements are "recycled", so I can half understand why most Gundam fans dislike it. It was their try to get new people into the Gundam fandom, and I must say, it worked really well, because this became my favourite anime. I really like one of the characters in it! First I decided I liked this character's looks (lol), so I kept watching.

This is usually the reason I continue watching any anime series: there's got to be a character who looks appealing. Then I'll watch to see if their personality/plot/anything/everything else is appealing, then I'll decide whether or not I like the character and the series. Luckily for me, I was never disappointed by this character's actions in Gundam SEED. <3 ... Someone shoot me. :dead:

Was it Kira, or Asuran? Cos...you know, Kira almost does stuff to his sister. o-o

There are some pretty crappy Gundam series out there, but also many great ones. Hopefully this is a useful reference table.

If you put Gundam X and WING together, you get SEED, which wasn't too bad. I didn't really like any characters in it especially. The doujin isn't even good, either (No, that doesn't affect my judgment on the anime.) Because the girls are pretty lame too.

Oh, and if it was Asuran, shame on you for not being disappointed by adultry.

The +1 for having cameos and not-too-bad background music. Destiny is an insult to my favourite character. At least they left Rau Le Creuset alone, but what's with his brother, Laser Barrel...

Doujin are the fanarts, right? Don't know much about it.

They didn't know they were related. Anyway, he didn't like her that way. Remember how he thought she was a boy, and then later on, he forgot again? I almost thought she was having a crush on him, but she was just trying to cheer him up because she probably felt grateful (after thinking about it) for him getting her to the shelter in the first episode.

I thought they were going to kill each other, but they didn't. I wish Kira got killed by Genesis at the end.

Asuran (good spelling):
He and Lacus (Rakusu!) never loved each other. At least his final pairing wasn't as boring as Lacus' final pairing. Lacus has nice songs but she really didn't do very much. I don't particularly like him but I know a lot of people who do. >_>

Couldn't have been Nicole, he gets cut in half barely halfway through the series. Lolgundampilot.
I can't see you liking Isaac, since he's a bit of a hot head, so I'd have to say that tan guy. I forgot his name, it's been over a year and a half since I watched it, spare me. He never seemed to be a very strong character, but at the same time he didn't suck in some way like the others.
I liked Isaac though. Kira seemed to love kicking him though.

Doujinshi is basically fanart manga books.

Kira is such a loser. Then again so is Asuran, the only thing I like about him is the fact he made Haros.
There are no Haro in Gundam Wing...or G Gundam. D: They're in most of the others, though.
Oh, and Rakusu sucked, and her songs pissed me off. Perfect match for Kira.

Nope, nope and nope. You've nearly run out of main characters... Now I fear you're going to guess right and then you'll say that that character "sucks" too. TT_TT

I liked Nichol though (Nikkoru!), and Yzak, I liked him too; although he killed that civilian ship, which was cowardly, he was a much, much better soldier than Kira/Asuran who killed each other's friends instead because they were too weak to fight each other!

As for the tan guy, Dearka, Yzak's best friend, he's alright too. I liked his relationship with Miri (waah, she has my name) and how she changed him (bonus points++ for believable changes!)

Oh, whole books of it. The actual art not enough for you? XD I used to think the SEED artstyle was weird (really really bright eyes, funny noses and chins) but I like it now for some reason...

Haha, yeah, but Haros only for Lacus. You don't like Lacus? That's fine with me. At least she and Kira are happy together. =(

And the reason the SEED doujin sucked is because the characters sucked. If an anime sucks, but the characters aren't so bad, there can be some pretty good doujin.
They usually range from some fanservice to nothing but fanservice. SEED doujin a prime example. Sorry but I don't wanna see ANYONE from SEED naked.

And I hate Rakusu, she's like a mentally retarded Relena Peacecraft. Her ship should have blown up.
If Quatre shared the same fate as Nicole, though (They're like the same damn character, except Quatre blows up 3 colonies when he goes on a rampage) I would be like OMGWTF.

Well, at least Nichol died! Stupid Kira. I would also have laughed so hard if Lacus' ship, the Eternal, blew up. Or if Archangel blew up after Strike tried to deflect the Positron beam, because I thought the beam would have been strong enough to have gone right through both!

Yeah, that woman silhouette was one of the reasons I delayed watching Gundam SEED for nearly three years. She's in the 3rd opening too, if I recall correctly. I remember there was a huge debate on who it was. Fllay or Maryuu or someone anonymous. I thought it was Maryuu. I had a lot of respect for her too, but bleugh!! 99.9% of anime fanservice annoy the hell out of me. =P

That actually really irritated me. They bounced alot more than normal ones should too.

Those would be pretty funny scenes, but actually Moomoo was my favorite out of that anime too if I had to pick.

08th MS Team really doesn't have like sexual nudity in it though, it's actually pretty romantic compared to the other Gundam series, and it's definitely one of a kind. You don't have jiggling boobs in the opening, worry not, it's not the irritating kinda fan-service, it's a Must-See Gundam Series.
