I haven't played any SO games, so I don't know which one it is. Though I want to.
Its the second one and its for playstation. Its pretty rare right now so you may not be able to find one.

As regards anime... All I've really done is re-watched a few. Ninja Scroll, Akira, I've been going through my movies list.
Whee, I'm back after a bit of a break. On my Wii, no less. LOL
I think Star Ocean 3 was by far my favorite of the three. I finished it a while back, and I'm still going on rewarding extras, a much larger world than the story lets off, and an overleveling system that even puts ME to the test. And Maria is great. But this is getting a little off topic.
Watch 'Shuffle!' if you're a fan of bitch anime like Tenchi and Love Hina and such. It's one of the better ones IMO.
lol I hate Love hina but most of my friend like it.
I don't really like Love Hina, but there are some good Bitch Anime (Anime where main character has a large selection of bitches, and is main plot in story') series out there.
Shuffle! one of my favorite.
Tenchi Series, it's pretty good, I liked Muyo best.
Negima, Also a good series, at least the manga.
There's some recommendable Bitch anime. In my eyes, Shuffle is the best of the 3.
