just finished watching the final part of Macross Plus, my god that anime is good!
It is good. I have a Macross DVD lying around somewhere, had it for quite a while, but it was only a few weeks ago I sat down and actually watched the whole thing. It puts me partially in mind of Transformers, as regards the art style.
i think its a cross between top-gun and robotech: battlecry (which was a game almost identicle in style to the macros filme with planes that turn into robots) it was on the gamecube
