I rewatched the first two episodes of SHE, The Ultimate Weapon today. X.x that is the only anime that's ever managed to make me cry.

Isn't that the anime where that little girl gets turned into a bio-weapon?

Good thing is that Shuffle! Also has a good story, a bit sad depending on your interest, for me it was. It has realistic themes to it, regardless as to whether magic and elf/demon girls pop up. LOL

Yeah. She becomes a military weapon and she and her boyfriend run away near the start.

x.x You have to wath it in order to understand though, and it's VERY emotional.
